It’s called the VIMEX “fly and buy” program, and it is designed to accommodate investors during the search and acquisition of real estate property in and around Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
What is the purpose of Fly & Buy?
We facilitate a place to stay while you attend real estate tours and view various properties within the Riviera Maya, state of Quintana Roo with the intention of purchasing
What areas are included?
Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Paamul, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum.
What price range qualifies?
The program is for investments that have a purchase price within range of $150,000 to $300,000 USD.
What kind of places does Vimex offer?
VIMEX real estate provides a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium with a 4 person capacity for a period of 4 nights. For investments that are above the purchase price range of $300,000 USD, we will provide a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms condominium with a 4 person capacity for 7 nights.
How do I redeem this offer?
You must mention “Fly and Buy” when you contact VIMEX real estate and you must purchase property offered by VIMEX real estate.
Upon purchase, VIMEX will reimburse investors the cost of their property rental in Playa del Carmen for the stated 4 or 7 night periods, depending on investment range.
What if an investor decides to locate his or her own rental accommodations?
They can still apply for the “Fly and Buy” program when using our real estate services, but they must present appropriate receipts will in order to process a refund. Investments within the purchase price range of $150k to 300k USD will only be reimbursed to a maximum of $500 USD. Investments above $300k USD will only be reimbursed to a maximum of $800 USD. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the investor.
